After reading this insulting statement, I didn't even bother to read the rest of the article. I just noticed the author lying at the end, when he said that ECHR petitions only award damages against Turkey, and not return of property. The requirement for Turkey to return the Loizidou property was simply postponed until 2005. |

| The judgement has already been passed. 2005 is when Turkey is expected to enforce the judgement. |
