A word of advice, you really ought to try and get your book for sale on amazon, maybe even ebay.
My wife put a search in for your book but it is not available on the most popular distribution sites.
I know it is available directly, but the cost is `a bit expensive´
have you looked into amazon, ebay, etc?
Also if the price was reduced you might sell more copies, we were interested in purchasing a copy, but will wait until the price comes down, or we can locate a second hand copy.
