Halil, I found the site you mentioned. But it was not open. The construction haven't finished and it is not opened yet.
I would be delighted to hear from secluded beaches where I can go all nude. I am reporting my discoveries at the below website.

Hi,
there are actually 2 nude beaches near Limassol. The most famous one is at White Rocks( Governor's Beach) 20 minutes drive from Limassol towards Larnaca. After the last restaurant turn right. You have to bring with you your own umbrella( no shade).
