And finally Didem, this girl has some serious style in her dance!

People are always putting her down but I think shes SOOOOO good. I like the modern twist she puts into her dances. The old school people always complain how belly dance is "art" and shes ruining it. Rolling Eyes

I know I wanna learn the gypsy dances too. The mens dances are just as good as the womens...

Sorry T_C but Didem was not as good for me. I love earthy and soul dance and she was more a series of moves and did not flow. Dancing by numbers. Smile

There's no confusing Greek or Turkish here. This custom is uniquely Cypriot. ... This was the first time I've heard Tillirkostissa with Turkish lyrics. Smile What is the name of the first song? It tugs at my heartstrings. The whole damn thread tugs at my heart strings!
