We do look for different things.
Personality definately is attractive 
i don't know about the psychology of beauty. i'm not intelligent. |

i am not out to win america's top model.
i did, however, live with someone who could have won america's top model sor awhile. she was a drop dead beauty--one of the most beautiful people i ever met. one thing i learned form that experience is that beauty like that is a curse. i saw the way she was treated, and how unhappy she was because of it. and i know she will never find real happiness becuase of it either.
my point is that beauty does matter. alot more than anyone on this forum (except me, apparently) will admit to. |

i have to say GG i feel for your friend about how she was treated and all.
she is lucky to have a friend like u.
i don't need to get out of sun and my brain aren't frying so don't be so rude cuz i found that comment at the end rude. |

hey, i am sure whe is a wonderful woman. i am sure sge has a story to tell for every line on her face, and every tooth that isn't in her mouth. i am sure i fi went ot her villa, she would make me feel part of her family. but if i were a man, would i want to wake up to that every day, or would i rather wake up to someone a little nicer on the eyes???? it's an easy choice. and i am glad i'm not a man! |
GG, I'd advise you to stop digging a deeper hole for yourself. You did expect flack and you got it.

Perhaps on a different thread and different title it would have a different effect. |

Yes, Admin does have a responsibility to ensure this remains a harmonious Forum, but we are not here 24/7 and things will remain posted until we come across them. We need all Forum members to bear a sense of responsibility in their postings; unfortunately some members seem only to be able to demonstrate their lack of sense and decency at times.

she actually was lucky to have a friend like me, but then she seduced my boyfriend, and that was the end of both of them.
didn't mean to insult you Kezz, but this thread has become an attack on me because i dared to speak my mind to say that cypriot women are not that attractive. (and the aren't). i defended my point with the link to the miss univers pagent (which i could care less about) and a post card i picked up on my recent visit. i never attacked anyone in particular, not did i ever even suggest that i was any kind of a beauty. no one knows the experiences i went thru to get where i am today. i am only an old woman, who wants to have whatever fun i can while i have time left. |
