| i find it very sad that a person's birth certificate (otr skin color) has to be a deciding factor in whom to marry. it's all just very ignorant and closed minded, if you ask me. |

I agree. And, for the story above, that one with the 7 years relationship, I think not only his parents we're norow-minded, but him too, accepting someone else (even if those are his parents) deciding who'm to live his life with.
That's sick. I mean... no one should decide for someone else. |

Did they say that or you assumed? If they said it, then it might be true, if you assumed they thought that, you might be very wrong (or... ).
There are girls that won't date people from other countries, people of other color, etc. but there are also girls that don't date other people JUST because they don't like them. Simple as that.
What did you do? I'm just curious... |
