Cyprus, Malta upgraded, outlook revised to positive on euro adoption - Moody's

MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Moody's Investors Service upgraded its ratings on Cyprus and Malta and changed their outlook to positive, having previously had them under review for a possible upgrade, citing European Union's (EU) decision to allow the two countries to adopt the euro on Jan 1, 2008.
