Hi First time on,
We are off to Cyprus in November, my wife would like to know are there cash point machines that you can use UK cards in around resort areas

Every bank has one and no problem using UK cards. Which resort are you going to? |

A Nationwide cash card is best as they don't charge and the exchange rate is pretty good.
I really get the feeling that you are under the impression that Cyprus is a third world type of place -- far from it -- bring plenty of money as it's getting expensive now .
ATMS are everywhere -- even in the villages
