What is the current exchange rate in Cyprus and where is the best place in Protaras to exchange currency?

Last month the best that I got was 85 cents to the £, just had to shop around Paphos.

Banks will charge commission to exchange. If you bring Sterling cash you can exchange it for a good rate, commission free, at many of the tourist shops. They advertise outside!
