Hey there people, hoping for some help. Having been to Cyprus on numerous occasions and loving every visit we hoping to get out again next summer. We appreciate that it never going to be the cheapest place but were hoping to get a villa this year for a change. Flights to Paphos from our local airport are much cheaper and it seems so is the sccomodation. We love Protaras and if able to get a decent price on a villa may prefer there. Does anybody have any villas to let in either of these areas or have any propertys to recommend.

Hi There

As Paphos airport is cheaper for you, have you considered Argaka/Polis area as a villa choice? This area is the unspoilt side of Cyprus and the Argaka/Latchi area is popular for villa holidays.

We have friends who have 3 gorgeous villas in Argaka - you can find out more about them and the local area on the following website:

They rent the villas (see info at bottom of above page) through James Villas but if you want to book your own flights they will rent privately too.
The villas are looked after better than their own homes unlike many of the villas in the area which are tired and in need of some TLC - these villas are less than 2 years old.

Our villa is available next year, it is situated in a village just 8 minutes from the airport (not in flight path) 8 minutes to the coast 15 minutes to two acclaimed golf clubs, 15 minutes from Paphos, over looking citrus groves. the village has a newly opened bakers a butchers, a supermarket as well as a couple of tavernas. It has 3 bedroom and a private pool. It also has the added bonus of being 8 minutes from the highway to Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia.
