Nessun dorma, Calaf's aria from Turandot

Nessun dorma, Nessun dorma!
Tu pure, o Principessa,
nella tua fredda stanza,
guardi le stelle
che tremano d'amore e di speranza.
Ma il mio mistero e chiuso in me,

il nome mio nessun sapra!
No, no, sulla tua bocca lo diro'
quando la luce splendera'!
Ed il mio bacio scioglierą il silenzio
che ti fa mia!

(Il nome suo nessun saprą!
e noi dovrem, ahime, morir!)

Dilegua, o notte!
Tramontate, stelle!
All'alba vincero'!

Nessun dorma - Translation by Jason Siegal

No one sleeps! No one sleeps!
You too, O Princess!
in your chaste room
are watching the stars which
tremble with love and hope!

But my secret lies hidden within me,
no one shall discover my name!

Oh no, I will reveal it only on your lips,
when daylight shines forth
and my kiss shall break
the silence which makes you mine

(no one shall discover my name!
And we will have to die!)

Depart, oh night!
Fade away, you stars!
At dawn I shall win!

I'm selling my one as soon as I finish my new game! Very Happy

I went into some shop yesterday to ask how much other consoles were and found out that theres a huge shortage of Wiis in the UK and because Xmas is round the corner they're desperate to get them. I've been offered a whopping £250 for the console alone WITHOUT the free game it came with (which they will give me extra money for) from some game shop! Confused

I only bought it for around £170...now I'm selling it second hand for £80 more Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

....On top of that, they're going to give me an extra £120 for all the games and accessories I've bought for it.

So thats £370!!!!

Mind you thats £370 that will go STRAIGHT back in their till when they hand me my new 60GB Playstation3. Cool

HO GOSH....I'm sooooooooooooooo excited, I feel like Xmas has come early.....

Hello,

Yes, well it's not out of concern that he'd be asking! Rolling Eyes

I read that at the end the song has a sustained E5! Shocked

Hmm, I wonder if Kafenes can sustain an E5... Smile
