As a foregin student can I do a part time job in Cyprus? Who will give the permission for work? Can anyone help me by answaring this question?

Unless you're fully qualified within the field you wish to work in I wouldn't except to find more than small menial labour jobs, i.e. fast food joints, outlet warehouses, black market jobs without social security. You won't have to pay taxes either ;) These jobs are almost exclusively cornered by the foreign student. As for pay, don't expect to earn more than 2.75 an hour/450 a month.
On the legal aspect, if you're from an EU country you can work/live here as long as you want, anywhere else and it will depend on the visa granted to you and you'll have to read the fine print.

5. Visa, Residence and Work Requirements

It is considered illegal for international students to undertake any form of employment during their studies in Cyprus. An exception is made for Hotel/ Hospitality Management students, who are permitted to undertake paid employment during the summer vacation.
