What do you want from a solution?

Postby Saint Jimmy » Sat Mar 26, 2005 2:07 am

OK, T-Pap won't tell us, but he can't stop us from telling each other.

My demands from a solution is as much freedom as possible. Voting rights don't mean much to me, but I think unrestricted movement, settlement and work aren't outrageous demands.
I also think refugees (those that will be allowed to return) should have unconditional priority over present residents in claiming their property back - whether they are GC or TC.
I don't mind TC veto power (direct or implied) on matters that affect them. I do believe that such an arrangement will prove ineffective, but hopefully, when we realize it we'll have the common sense to fix it - somehow.
Lastly, I would very much like a provision in a proposed solution for revising it in the future, after it has been implemented, so that we can eventually (when we're mature enough, and if we're still around by then) get rid of all the (necessary, I guess) separatist provisions that have to be included.

P.S.: I reserve the right to come up with more demands. This is not an exhaustive list.

Jimmy, I want exactly the same things you want. In addition, I want strong and sincere relationships between GC-TC-Greece-Turkey-EU-US-Middle East(Particularly) and the rest of the world; in all areas. :D

So if to you a solution means living in international isolation then what exactly would a problem be?

Take your hate and biased notions elsewhere. They're not welcome here.

A solution is not a bargain, it's like you steel a car, and want to drive it around legal streets with no registration. It will never drive in the real world.

If the solution for you came in 74 then I guess you have no problem. So feel free to stop typing in forums.

This forum is called:

Cyprus Problem
How can we solve it?

If you believe it is solved, then this place is not for you. Go do your propaganda elsewhere. (by the way, didn't the moderator told you to stop advertising your site?)

Well said Piratis. If DJ (sorry... Mr. Ecevit) feels a solution is already in place, there should be no need for any further participation himself... görüşürüz Bülent, teşekkürler
