Yeah, but convert that to CYP £ (approx £200,000) and then consider what you get for your money living in Miami - everything bigger, better and cheaper! Not to mention the size of the condo and the quality of the workmanship compared to the hollow shells they throw up in Cyprus!

Take all of the above into consideration, including the rising prices of property in Cyprus and you will find that the Condo in Miami is by FAR the better deal.

Oh, and how nice to be able to actually flush away the toilet paper after you've wiped your arse in your luxury Miami condo as compared to the caveman method here in Cyprus!

webbie i agree about miami but just think of the chances to find u one morning in your bed with a bullet btw your eyes bc a gangster the previous nigh tried to enter your condo!!!!many friends of mine have been to miami,its nice to live there if your a millionaire not a middle class person.....there are areas in miami where my friends where simply told not even to get close to them. personally i prefer to sacrifice some luxury for more safety

as for life being boring in cyprus well it depends......we have theaters,we have cinemas,a few bowling centers,no shopping malls(were forbidden by law bc it would cause damage to middle class shops and would attract people out of the city centers....this law is "relaxing"now with shacolas park being built outside nicosia, we have our art galleries etc. a new theatre , lyric scene and library will be ready in nicosia by 2010(old gsp stadium and immigration office area).....so as far nicosia ,which is the biggest city with 200-220 000 population i think we are doing very well....i have been to many cities of similar size in europe and i can easily compare,we are really good in cyprus........its a different culture in cyprus,i am sure u didnt find what u expected but i am sure u can adjust....there is no dream place in this world unless u r a millionaire ,then u can create one the way u like it !!!hope life will become better for u in cyprus!!
