Shops in Limassol

Postby bigboyco » Sun Apr 04, 2004 9:39 pm

I have just bought a small apartment in Limassol but I am new to the area. Can anyone tell me where I will find a reliable locksmith and are there any large department stores where I will be able to buy furniture such as beds and sofas? Can anyone share their experiences (good/bad) of shopping in Limassol.
Many thanks
Ian

You can check the yellowpages for locksmith:

http://www.yellowpages.com.cy/YellowPages/diren.aspx

You can check there for furniture also, but you will be able to find many stores just by drving on the main avenues.

Word of advise.... avoid buying any furniture from BoConcept.....

Dismally disappointed with the quality of their merchandise soon after purchase :(

Loadsa other furniture stores around though..... check the yellow pages. Lotsof international brands.

I agree about BO Concept. There are many shops selling imported furniture, in Limassol you can check some in Linopetra Industrial Area. I bought some local furniture in a small shop on Griva Digheni. It is simple in style, but rather cheap and reliable.
