Still for sale guys.
Seriously, this is a really good price for the house. If you are looking for a BIG house for a cheap price then this is the one for you.
If people are looking at this advert and dismissing it for whatever reason I would be interested in your feedback.

This house is still for sale.
I know the current climate makes it difficult to sell and makes buyers reluctant to part with their money, but if you are looking for a nice house in a good position and for a good price get in touch to have a look.
