I keep a notepad on the nightstand and when I wake up from dreaming I write what I remember. Some weird stuff....lot's of sex dreams, falling, fire, water, being chased and lots and lots of flying.

Weird huh!!!!!!!!!

When I used to read Sigmund Freuds 'Interpretation of Dreams', he would attribute flying and the sense of falling to 'sexual frustration'. I dont want to pry or expect an answer, just think about it. Its not a topic you can delve in to seriously, unless you want to fall out with your mates. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Freud was a coked out megalomaniac. What does flying and falling have to do with sex. BTW... Very Happy no problems in that area.

Dont shoot the messenger, just ask Freud. For Gods sake dont ask OrPh. She will surely have something to say about Freudian Pyscho-analysis. Laughing Laughing

Too much information yet I am glad for you.

My dreams surprise me.

Often I would be having a 'sweet' dream. Then I need to get up and go

to the bathroom. I return to bed and remember the 'sweet' dream and I

decide to carry on with the same dream. Everytime I carry on from

where I was interrupted. Does this happen to others? Dreams with an

Intermission?

i know what u mean i get that to even sometimes with the bad dreams i wake up and think its just a dream then the second time i control the dream like its really happening only in the dream i have super powers lol

Can you control your dreams? Did you have a secret wish to be ....by a Turkish soldier? That is weird.

The Oracle dream did not leave any lasting impressions in my mind. It went out like a candle.

I once had a very powerful dream in which I was walking into a museum with my family. The museum was familiar to me, but the corridor sloped downward. A gush of water came rushing up the corridor. My husband and I had to hold the kids over our heads to prevent them from drowning. There was no turning back. We were compelled to press forward as the water rose. I remember feeling terribly afraid and anxious. Then I woke up.

At that time in my life, I had re-entered the work force after a 14-year sabbatical, was completing my graduate studies, and was applying for certification. Mother-guilt was weighing heavily on my heart.
