Well GC's had been constantly warned since 1963, do you think that GC's did not antisipate any force from Turkey? If so why did they build pill boxes all along the shore lines of places that were good for landing. Makarios was fully aware of Turkey on his back so he was cautious not like crazy Grivas. I wouldn't be here typing away. |

Iceman ... the last of the TCs .... and no gentleman at that ... with a typically Turkish name to boot! ... but too much of an honest real person that I am to reveal that ....
Ohh BTW ... about my age ... I have never made any qualms that I am 49 ... no problem to me ... perhaps you have some further info to reveal to the RoC as I try to get my I.D. as they seem intent on my being younger ... |

| The Middle East is a melting pot of civilisations and this is the beauty of the whole thing. Rather be ... poikilomorphic, than pure breed Eskimo, so to speak. |

| 49 is very tough, perilously close to 50 and those that confess an age that ends in 9 are probably over the next decade. |

You wish ... several more months to go ... but I only profess my age ... because I care not ... keep talking about my age as you prove you have no other ideas .... |
