Cruise Cyprus' web site is out of date. Take a look at Louis Lines' site. They will be offering a plethora of sailings although cruises of varying lengths rather than ferries. Last year it was possible to travel one-way on them. Unclear what the situation is this year.

You can travel on Grimaldi Lines freighter cruises, embarking in Salerno, Italy, south of Naples.

s regards the mini cruises out of Limassol port run by Louis & Salamis Lines:

You MIGHT be able to take a Louis Lines one way, i.e. embark in Rhodes or Ag. Nikalaos, Crete. You need to ask the company.

Salamis Lines disallows this.
