Dear All,
Looking for a 2 - 3 bed villa with pool for long term let starting Sep - Oct 2008, will pay up to £560.00. Have a house trained dog, children visiting summer, none smokers. All places in Cyprus considered.

How much are we looking at per month, I am not allowed money so make it good. How far from the beach? looking at 1 - 5 year lease. |

Based in centre of Pegeia within easy walking distance to shops, tavernas etc.

Hi George,
If you would cosider an apartment... in a residential area, down a beautiful cul-d-sac, with a shared pool, mine's available when you need it. Have a look at http://www.cyprusapartment-pissouri.co.uk . It's the Pissouri Heights one (the other is a friend's and is holiday lets)
With the water situation a shared pool might be an advantage!!!

 Hi,
I have a 2 bed, 2 bathroom house on a new complex, in the lovely and friendly village of Anarita. Anarita is approx 15 minutes from Pafos, and about 5 miles from the sea.
The complex is a small affair, consisting of 16 houses and a communal pool. The property is in the process of being built, and the completion date is October 2008. It is close to the shops and local tavernas and has views of the mountains to the north and the sea to the south.
