Xronia Pola! I hope everyone had a great easter and I hope no one over did it on the souvla, not that I did... 
In our Augolemoni we always put the whole egg, it makes it nice and creamy...
And speaking of Flaounes, my mum won the family Flaouna tasting contest, and hers are Gluten Free as well (She's a coeliac)...I was so very proud...  |
