Cyprusgrump - if its the pain involved - you could always practice with "stick ons" - you know, just to see if earrings and nipple rings would suit.......................  |

 I had mine (ears) pierced for my 6th birthday, and thought it was great till Mum swabbed them with surgical spirit!!!! My daughter had her belly pierced when she was 16, got it infected and swore never again!!!

Yes - I think they should be old enough to beg and plead first!!! Oh those heady days of "if you don't behave - you won't get your ears pierced" - then they go and get old enough to do it anyway.........................  |

 Earrings on men ...ha ha ive seen some beauties wearing them, along with loads of tatoo's, shaved heads,and usually sporting a shirt with an england motif on it somewhere ....and just occasionally (not a generalisation) the odd one that breathes through the mouth only.
Quite a new thing,maybe the last ten years has seen a big increase.
you certainly didnt see that sort of thing the last time the England football team won anything...let me see 1966 wasnt it???
Its supposedly a free world so each to his own i suppose 
( p.s. an before anyone tells me to get a life - ive already had most of it and it was great for the most part.)
