For lunch :
I had Pomodorino tomatoes, microwaved black Cypriot olives (20 sec), Roquefort cheese (which my wife brought back from a day trip to France), Cypriot bread with sesame seeds (from my TC Bakery in Welling) a few slithers of Emental cheese and some baby Kos Lettuce. That was very nice. My colleagues went to a KFC. Poor sods. |

Thanks webbo/bubbles for your warning. Thankfully my ldh/hdh levels are well proportionate and very good. I make my Roquefort go a long way because of the salt content and only slivers of the Emental.
Isnt it lovely, I wish that all Cypriots would show such concern over each others well-being. The CyprusForum would have been a less miserable place. |

Glad your cholesterol levels are ok Deniz, my friend has high cholesterol and only eats very low fat stuff, I would rather a smaller portion of the "real" thing than a big piece of tasteless "light", wouldn't you?
