Sorry about the spaces between the name, but I get a little paranoid about spambots lurking on messageboards.

Spaces don't help nowadays, it's very easy to figure out that it's an email address. Some people write their emails like this:

hazza(at)schoolbreeze(dot)net

But again spammer programs figured out these as well. Now, the latest trend is to have a JPEG image of your email address and use that image when you need to publish your email. I'm sure they'll find a way to harvest those as well.
