That's just my opinion. I wish you well

Gamma, that's not my primary motivation in leaving, but it has been the catalyst. The discussions of late have tended to get sidetracked by certain people and have failed to address the core issues. My personal stance is to always stand up to racism and discrimination in all its forms, thus I find it difficult to ignore offensive remarks which eats into my time, time which, to be honest, I should be spending on my research. Since my work is now at a critical stage, that is my primary motivation for spending less time.

As I said, I am not 'giving up' the forum (as this post demonstrates), I will continue to read and digest its contents, but my contributions will now be limited to certain discussions only, rather than trying to take part in everything.

I would also urge Brother to remain as I consider him to be one of the more worthy members of this forum, despite some disparaging remarks against him from some less well-minded discussants.

Anyway, on with work...

Brother, I don't care about arguing with you but after what you sent me, a message that promoted rape among other things, how can you honestly claim to have any kind of moral high ground?

Others if you don't believe me, ask Hazza, I gave him my username and password and he checked my message inbox for himself. What I posted was what Brother sent to me.

Nick you should learn some manners and some netiquette if you want to participate in fora such as these. PRIVATE meassaging is PRIVATE. That's why it's called PRIVATE messaging. Have a look here about netiquette.

Other breaches of "netiquette" to avoid:

Posting private email to a public forum or sharing private email with others. For example, if Lucy Leader sends a message only to Lisa Leader, Lisa should not share Lucy's message with others unless she receives Lisa's permission to do so.
