some you may need to ask for the wep key at the Bar but all are free,and fully licensed by the Dept. of Communications - probably the only ones that are (apart from the CYTA ones) as I Licensed them!

There are probably lots of others as well, not all are listed on jiwire as it is difficult to get them to list them.
