My the way...the wine festival its good not just because you can drink lots of wine...but you can find lots of wine there and lots of traditional food events etc. Really I do enjoy it and to be honest I can wait to taste the "resi" that I always buy from there.  |

If it is a wine, I am sure to have tested it - after the countless times I have been to the festival that is!   |
It's not a wine  It's food made out of wheat, meat (pork or lamb) and salt. Disgusting!!!  |

| Bubbles mou it is food...its traditionally made for weddings mainly in Paphos. Some people think that is disgusting but I love it...when I go to weddings in Paphos like I 've done 2 weeks ago the only think I ate it was resi and nothing else. Love it! |

So do I ! I love resi , I make it here in the UK , here is my quick resi..pe.
A full bottle of wine , a little more for good measure , a zivania or two , then mix a cupful of Porridge in a pan with cold milk , add two pork sausages cut in the middle and bring it to boil . Having consumed a bottle of wine and a bit as well as a couple of zivanas the concoction will have the taste of anything your heart desires.
Seriously it does work !! |
