So do I ! I love resi , I make it here in the UK , here is my quick resi..pe.
A full bottle of wine , a little more for good measure , a zivania or two , then mix a cupful of Porridge in a pan with cold milk , add two pork sausages cut in the middle and bring it to boil . Having consumed a bottle of wine and a bit as well as a couple of zivanas the concoction will have the taste of anything your heart desires.
Seriously it does work !! |

Maybe we should meet up at the Festival, well some of us anyway! |

Planning a quick weekend visit on July 10th , I will just have to bring the Wine festival forward a bit , maybe Saturday 12th at the Kouriun Beach !! |
