Deniz, I remember when I was very young, the TCs used to make a sudjuk which was white in colour dusted with what it looked like corn flour.
Their is a name for it but I can't seem to remember it. Something like Sat....zan sudjuk.
PS there was walnuts inside on the string. |

IF IT WAS FLAY AND CUT IN TRIANGLES OR RHOMBIC IN SHAPE, MY GRAND MOTHER USED TO CALL IT 'KEFTER/KOFTER.
Was is flat? or sausaege shaped? |

I thought Kafenes was aling about grape juice ones. What are the GC's doing with Sadrazam Sucugu? Must be a GC Prime Minister.  |

| Yes, that's the one. Deniz, the GCs don't make it, I remember the TCs used to make it and sell it at the fair. It usd to be more expensive then the normal one. |
