can anybody tell me what the average daily and/ or monthly wage is now for cyprus? I dont know now cyprus has changed to EURO  |

Come on Tony, how long is a piece of string?? Tells us what job you are enquiering about and may be we will have a chance to help you.
The fect that we have gone to the euro does not mean you will get more or less, its just the currency.

| Im not Philippino and maybe 150 was a bit low but i have seen many working for scraps. i wonder if they wouldnt be better in thier own countries. Being part of the EU yo would think that exploitation would be taboo but it appears not so |

Paying certain nationalities here rubbish is a very complicated subject.
They think they are better off being here and sending money home, rather than being at home with possibly nothing.
If people had to provide the minumum wage and conditions stipulated by law, these people probably wouldn't be offered jobs here in the first place.
To me it is similar to the controversy of child labour being paid a pittance to produce clothing items multinational companies, would the kids be better off with no work? Would they and their families be able to live?

Have heard average monthly wage is approx 600 to 650 c.pounds per month..about 1000 euros..?
A lot of people here have second jobs to up their income level. |
