I have made what is my vaguest arrangement yet, for a big delivery, so I await with trepidation to see what transpires.
So far, I have not experienced any delays or let-downs despite a high level of arrangements .... so I have yet to see this infamous Cypriot failing to deliver rumour we hear so much about.
Today is a real test as the address for delivery was waived aside at the time as surplus to immediate requirements and the exact size of ordered item plus some bits and bobs seem to be arranged by a sort of sixth sense instead of precise details .... Therefore ....

Having just read that my tenant has not paid their June rent and July is now due am bloody fed up.
Not least at the management agent who has only just told me when one month is more than a month overdue. |

...... so that is a "fed-up" for Feisty.
Maybe it's just a cash-flow, and this month will be fine.
But since this thread has re-surfaced; I will focus on my aura and how I am feeling for today and suggest it is categorically ....

welcome to the club, wait til it gets to 8 months, then court costs and then another month or so then you will be bloody fed up.
Actuall they are allowed 2 months grace I believe.
