I have noticed a slight slowdown in spending in the UK but Cyprus still seems to be riding high on a spending spree.

The 'New Marina' in Limassol purdey mou?

I have to laugh at the bill boards advertising 'New Marina - coming to Limassol soon' - when work has not even started!

I have to admire their optimism though Wink

Somebody is Simon, my figures are up 46% on last year. Saying that I see my commercial rents are going up 20% at the end of the year.
The Brits are tightning their belts especially while on holiday, not many seem to be venturing out of the hotels, and the All Inclusives seem to be doing well.

I am not in property Simon, Sarah and Paul do that. I have a couple of franchises in Limassol that I lease out, nothing large scale. Other than that I just import bits and pieces and export Commandaria.
