Hi all.
I am a newby to this forum. I am looking to move my family out to Cyprus in the near future. We are having an apartment built at Peyia & are looking to rent it out for a while before we make the move.
Has anyone got any advice on the best way to do this. Any experiences would be helpful Good or Bad on property management Companies letting agencies, Web site advertisements.
Any Expats running a service I could get in touch with.
All help / advice gratefully accepted.

Peyia is a wash of apartments to rent. You have picked the most built up and common place people rent places. Competition is beyond fierce out there.

Well it looks like we are going to have to put a competitive package together then.

How are you going to market your place? A good place to start is http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/

This will give you an idea of how much to charge and the competition etc

Hi there, yes its hard you have to work at it,
you can make your own site on a free one(PICZO)&holiday lettings ect.
we did that with our own apartment. went well now added a few others for owners, also you can try e.bay to do last min deals
mostly you need good cover in cyprus to see all is running well &sort out problems. spend time talking to clients , on phone or mail to make there booking stress free.
good luck
Tricia
