Went to Finbarrs for the first time on my last trip... will be visiting there again on my next. It's a bit of a sanitised version of a real Irish pub but good nonetheless...

I know certain places were they have additional girls working only for these requests. But the girl behind the bar.... ??

You don't remember the name of the place, do you?

City, I drove past it again tonight and saw the name of it. Its called Neptunes. Are you familiar with this place?

Hi Hazza,

I'm sorry. I thought I might know the place when I hear the name cause I'm quite familiar with Larnaca tourist area (=Dhekelia Road), but I haven't seen that one ar at least I don't remember.

As someone mentioned Irish Pubs: I recommend T.A.P. Donohues near Lazarus Church in Larnaca. Its run by an irish man, so you can be sure the place is original.... :-)

I know it, never been in, but I have driven past it a few times. Also saw an Irish bar in Finigudes so may give that one a try as well.

This is the one I was referring previously at Foinikoudes square. Every Thursday night there is live music I think at 2100 and there are a couple of TV screens inside showing International events ie news , fashion and many more. The service is very good!

well, to be honest, imho the Baileys, thats how the one on Finikudes is called, is not a real irish pub. They have the name and the beer, but thats about it. No adequate decoration or music..... Its nice to sit outside there but you don't have that irish "spirit" if you know what I mean. It doesnt even say bar or pub somewhere on the outside.
