I have improved in my financial aspects since then but at the detrement of my health, marina i am very serious and its been tough coming back from it all.

Have to say thats when i met my wife who helped me to pick up the shattered bits of my life from the dustbin but now i work even harder so i can give her and my children the better quality of life and this plan will hopefully be fufilled when i manage to move us to cyprus in the next few years but health permitting.

At the moment though i cannot afford to be sick or it will throw me back.

You've got a good incentive to get your health back Bro'. But you can't just ignore the symptoms, at least if you catch it early your doc can give you advice to help.
