I have a 1Bedroom apartment (also has a seperate study which at present has a single bed in but has no wardrobes) Spacious with open plan Lounge/Dining Kitchen area with Granite worktops and appliances.
Patio doors lead on to a spacious and uncovered veranda and is located in the Universal area only being a 10minute walk to the beach and all amenities.
This apartment is only in a project of 8 apartments and all share a communal pool.
The price is 375 Euros per month and is fully furnished tenant to pay Electricity and water if you are interested the contact me.
I am willing to negotiate on the price.
Long Term rent only.
