I know you do. We got a lot of greeks up here and it's always the same thing. Just the other day this greek girl was telling me that speaking in Cypriot Greek is just like speaking a foreign language to her. But still, she tries it on every chance she gets - she obviously gets a kick out of it.

actually im not that bad. i have a cousin from my dads side who attempts the dialect but fails miserably. i spent about an hour and a half teaching my cousin how to sing "ta rialia" lol

and hey it is like a foreign language. lets face it. taouka is neither modern nor ancient greek. maybe turkish? or just one of the bastard words TCs and GCs seem to have hehe.
