The term 'poushtomalaka' does not have a literal meaning. Its exact translation would be 'faggotwanker'. It is merely used as a superlatively demeaning characterisation.
In this case, the appropriate term would be a 'loungra' - a male in touch with his feminine side, much like that guy who plays Will's friend in Will & Grace (can't remember his name now). |
