URGENT: looking for british pensioners for European video

OK, I answered like that because I smell a possible "Scam", without having info to state so outright. My motive was really to make prospective candidates think twice.
Let me recount something that happened to a French friend of mine. He was walking along a Parisian street, when he was waylaid by a TV crew from one of the chains that was pro-Chirac. This was just before the last elections. He was interviewed, on the street, for over 10 minutes. That evening, he switched on the telly and, lo and behold, he appeared. The interviewer, who was seen from behind, appeared to ask totally different questions (voiceover) and my friend was edited so that his 10 minutes of strong anti-Chirac stance appeared to be pro-Chirac for about 30 seconds. This is so easy to do.
Moral of the story, if you wish to express views on TV, do it live. |
