:D Hello everybody!

I 'm coming to work in Cyprus, Limassol, next month and since it is my fist time on the island I 'd appreciate any information about windsurfing and karate possibilities in the city / area. Also I welcome any ideas on how to rent a nice flat (circa 60m2) and how much it would cost...

Thanks a million :D

Hello cascadeur.

Oranos64 would have been your man about the karate (he has a Martial Arts school in Limassol) ... but he has not been on the forum for ages :?

Raymanoff will probably fill you in on the windsurfing.

Basically, useless me, is here just to greet you, and bump your thread 8)

Have a browse in the Classifieds section ....

What line of work are you in? :)

If you are in the UK, I believe that you can find English-language Cyprus newspapers (the daily 'Cyprus Mail' and weekly 'Cyprus Weekly") in areas where a lot of Cypriots live. If you scan the adverts in these papers you will get an idea of the accomodation available locally.
