Unfortunately I have no clue about restaurants in Limassol, just was in 3 or so with traditional Cypriot cuisine (meat or fish meze). Now I want to take my friends to a restaurant on my birthday and do not know where. Something different from traditional Cypriot things would be perfect. Like Chineses, Lebanese or something else. Does anybody know really good places in Limassol? (not those for tourists though, where the food is disgusting and the plates are dirty )

Yeah go down the Carob Mill area in the old port. There's 3 or 4 restaurants up there which are all really nice, good service, buzzing atmosphere, a lot of greeks go there to eat. The one I went to was Italian but there others there as well.

Pasalimani is a pretty good fish tavern. The food there is good, environment is nice, and it is very clean.

It is located after Amathus hotel.
