i do not know if anybody noticed this but there is a little box under NEW TOPIC at the end of every topic. what is it and how do i use it?

scroll down as far as you can on this page. under my cyprus flag keep looking down. there is the POST REPLY and NEW TOPIC buttons. look under that, on the very bottom left. come on re, help a kibreo out
