Anavargos in July - weather?

Postby MrsCupples » Fri Apr 24, 2009 12:41 am

Hi all - advice please. We are going to Anavargos (just outside Paphos) during the last 2 weeks of July. I know it will be hot, but will it be humid or dry? Will there be mossies? Any advice?
Thanks.

The mossies for some reason have been around most of the year and will definitely be there in July. Get your mossie cream and your mossie machine ready. :)

Thanks everyone. When we booked, we didn't realise there would be high humidity and little biting insects. Your tips for making things better are welcome. We've been in Cyprus in April and we also like the Troodos. Thanks again.
PS - At that time of year, what time should we be out of the sun? 12 noon until 5 pm? Longer or shorter?
