Establishment of an impartial, bi-communal properties board.

Step 2

Acceptance of the applications of all concerned parties(Legal owner, ex-occupiers and current occupier) with a detailed form containing their demands(restitution and/or exchange and/or compensation).

Step 3

Reducing the size of TRNC by a mutual agreement.

Step 4

Continuing the negotiations to find a viable, safe solution on the basic principles; BBF and political equality of 2 communities.

Step 5

If agreed hugs and kisses.

Step 6

If not agreed kiss each other goodbye. :D

I dont see why TRNC should be reduced, it's already small enough, haven't you's taken enough from us?

If there was a "trnc" and it was yours then there wouldn't be any Cyprus Problem. The Cyprus Problem exists because you declared this "trnc" on land you stole from us.

Here's my comprehensive solution:

Turkey is 84-85 times bigger than Cyprus, so ...

1) Turkey gives the RoC control of a contiguous area equivalent to the GC owned land in the occupied area on the Turkish mainland, preferably on the expensive west Agean coast of Turkey - lets call this the area the Cypriot Republic of Western Turkey (CRWT).

2) The RoC creates a development agency to exchange GC owned land occupied by settlers and TCs that do not want to live under RoC/EU law for the equivalent land in the CRWT.

3) Once 80% of claims/exchanges have been settled, Turkey hands control of the occupied area back to the RoC and the RoC hands back control of the CRWT back to Turkey.

if it is that or kiss bye then i would kiss bye, unless the trnc is reduced to 1% of the island then that is acceptable.
