Recently I noticed that some members are making out of topic posts intentionally.

For example a foreign student is seeking some help and instead of help he gets a bunch of irrelevant, and probably offensive, replies.

Please at least try to stay on topic. If you don't like the thread then don't reply at all.

I will now start a "no topic" thread. Post all your out of topic posts there.
