Hi
I am currently having a property built in Peyia which is due to be completed in December 2005. I have been trying to find business opportunities in the Paphos area of a catering/bar nature. If any one knows of agencies/friends/acquaintances that could help me, I would be very grateful. I am based in the UK but hope to soon move to Cyprus as we love it.

| if you search at the eu job site you will find many job advetrs about catering. if you would like to ope your own bussiness ....well....i am clueless about these things!!best of luck to all your future business plans! |

| get a job in a bar/pub/restaurant and see how u like it first. try taking a bar over because its hard moving people away from their usual haunts |

Hi Steve
I have just logged on to the forum to advertise the sale of a business here and I saw your message. I have a quite profitable bar/restaurant in Pafos which I am selling - actually its a long story but it was sold .. we got a substantial deposit from the buyer and he was due to sell his business in the UK by Mar, the April, then May and now it's June (nearly July) and he still has not come up with the money and has thus broken his agreement.
We need a VERY quick sale as we did not open the place up at all this season on the basis that our buyer was due to open it .. so our price is VERY reasonable. If you are interested, please contact me. We have had alot of timewasters and are very exasperated with the whole thing - so we are hoping to speak to only people who might be really interested.
