Computer advice needed

Postby davidp » Mon Jun 20, 2005 12:29 pm

Hi Guys & Gals,

I've just returned from the UK, instead of the washing machine breaking down my computer monitor has gone pop.

I have connected up to a thelevision set using the AV leads but my problem is I cannot read thext on the forum or e-mails as the fonts are blurry.

Any suggestions on overcoming this problem while i get my monitor repaired.

ps I can read e-mails if i copy the text and paste it into word and enlarge the font size but i can't go any larger that windows will allow on screen fonts.

Thanks in anticipation

Standard TV resolution is very low, thats why you can't read text.

Try setting your resolution as low as possible, then it might be bearable for a while.
