That is way too much. Best bet is to walk. Its what, a 20 minute walk?
Or just agree a fee with the cabbie BEFORE you get into the cab. |

come on, guys, from Cozzis (is it still existing??) you easily walk down either to Beau Rivage or to Lordos. Ok, the way to Lordos is a bit longer....
If not, max. CYP 4,- taxi fare I would say. |

| Yes, Cozzies has been done up, but there is more life in a goldfish bowl. Drove past it on Saturday night at around 10pm, and there were no more than 6 people in there! |

I think they'd market that as 'provides an intimate atmosphere'... |

How much am I likely to get 'ripped off' for a taxi ride from Paphos airport to Paphos? (Destination is quite near the King Jason Hotel, approx 2.5km from the Giroskipou roundabout). Arriving approx 01:00 4th July. I've been told £20 - £25 would be a fair fare - is that about right? Or is that the 'tourist' rate?
TIA

| i dont know the exact price but i know that larnaka-nicosia is about 20-25 cyp. as for the tourist price i dont think it exists.....if you are a cypriot and dont have a car and you have to use a taxi then you pay the same like everyone else..... |
