Maybe this guy thinks he can make more money now by fresh revelations; multiple stories of MJ's behaviour are consistent with inapproriate behaviour. All IMHO of course.

I would suggest that given the choice between repaying $22,000,000 and recanting his 'unconfession' - should it come to that - he would opt for the latter and change his story yet again.
I know that some people and companies will settle out of Court, even when they have done no wrong as it is easier and cheaper - but not at the price of $22m AND to miss the the chance of clearing his name completely.
I am not a believer that 'there is no smoke without fire' but the consistent references to inapproriate behaviour over the years, have convinced me in this case. I was not paying attention, but did I not hear an interview this week where he said he felt his actions in sleeping with children was 'very beautiful'? If I get time later I will try to find a reference.
