well, since you are looking for the cheapest way, I'll suggest the public transport. As previously said, the buses are not very good and not very reliable though, but I believe you can make your way from Paphos to lets say, Larnaca and then from there down to Napa.
Since its only for that one time and you are probably not tied to any appointments, I would give it a try.

Otherwise I would use shared taxi.

Travel Express specialises in shared taxis, so that is probably a good option for you :)

Yeah i would also recomend TravelExpress, i used it a couple of times and its not bad at all and its definitely cheaper than a taxi.
